Our Story

Charmingly named after the owner’s daughter, Elsa is a delightful Designer Boutique charging unbelievably reasonable prices for exclusive designer-look outfits for women and children of all ages, sizes, and shapes. The extra-ordinary range of clothes on the rails loosely falls into three categories. “The Elsa Party Collection”, which caters for children aged 4+ and provides designer clothes (ELSA Couture designed by Tulay) for parties, proms and special occasions such as weddings, parties and Bat Mitzvahs. These youth-full outfits are fun, fashionable and decidedly different from the usual chain store offerings.
